Currently, Ilias is the drummer of Bonfire Radicals and percussionist for Metz Jr Band. He also plays drums Sal Broughton Band and Jake Henry.

Worldlings is the name of Ilias' solo project, which is a world music acoustic act with guest musicians on various traditional instruments.


In the past, chronologically, he has been the drummer of Fringe Notes (GR), Morrison's Hotel (GR), Mr Shankly (UK), Frutaloka (UK), Dr Zook (UK), 4oz of Salsa (UK), Dirty Old Folkers (UK), Cocksure Voodoo (UK). He was the percussionist of Johnny Kowalski & the Sexy Weirdos (UK) and he was playing Tzoura (a traditional Greek guitar) and percussions with the Cultural Dub Orchestra (UK).
